1. Appointment Confirmation Call

   The day before your visit, we call to confirm the time, introduce your project manager, and review the work to be discussed.

2. Follow-Up Text After Visit

   After your home visit, you receive a welcoming text summarizing key details from the appointment.

3. Proposal Confirmation Call

   If you move forward with the proposal, our production team calls within two days to confirm all project details.

4. Pre-Installation Email Series

   In the days leading up to your install, we send informative emails outlining dates, what to expect, and how to prep your property.

5. Daily On-Site Communication

   Each morning, the crew chief meets with you to explain the day’s work and address any questions or concerns.
