But with Firon Roofing, we don’t come to your home to sell you anything. Our project manager’s primary goal is to find out if we can help you define and solve your roofing problem. So, they come armed with satellite images and accurate measurements of your roof.

Then, they sit down with you to discover why your roof has you concerned, your goals for a new roof, and the budget you have in mind. Once they have a full understanding of the facts, they perform a thorough inspection of your roof.

Unlike other roofing companies that merely walk outside with a pair of binoculars, our project managers get onto your roof to look for any additional problems or weaknesses in your roofing structure.

Sometimes, all your roof needs is a simple repair. If that’s wharl we find, we’ll offer a handful of options to suit your goal and budget rather than trying to sell you on a full roof replacement.

But if you do need a new roof, we use software to create a detailed proposal with good, better, and best options for replacing your roof. Each system will still give you a roof that will serve you well for decades, but some will have more bells and whistles than others.

And there is never any pressure to sign right away. We want you to explore other companies and even teach you how to distinguish good companies from bad ones.

Partnering With Property Investors

One area many residential roofers try to avoid is the multi-unit housing market. They find the roofs are often complicated and that dealing with multiple tenants can be difficult.

We agree with these opinions – but rather than roadblocks, we see them as challenges to overcome. A complicated roof is still a roof; it just requires patience and care. As for considering the needs of multiple tenants, you just need to be flexible and understanding.

Our project managers are adept at plotting how to replace a multi-dimensional roof and are skilled at soothing the worries of each tenant involved. If there is something we can do to make the build process easier on a tenant, then that’s what we’ll do.

And for the business owners themselves, we have a commercial-level approach to everything we do, so we can offer them the tracking data they need to satisfy their record-keeping needs.

Backing Your Insurance Claims

Dealing with insurance claims can be an unpleasant experience, but once we’re brought into the process, we can take all that hassle on for you. We’ll work directly with your adjuster to ensure that you get the repairs you need up to and including a replacement roof.

Unlike your average homeowner, we speak the adjuster’s language and know the information they need to approve the work.

Insurance companies know our reputation for not adding unnecessary work – which means they trust what we tell them and usually approve our recommendations without hesitation.

Crystal Clear Communication

Another big complaint from homeowners about the roofing industry is being left out of the loop. That will never happen with Firon Roofing.

Even before we meet face to face, we’re updating you. The day before your first visit, you’ll get a call verifying your appointment time, the name of your project manager, and the basics of the work you want to be completed.

After the visit, you’ll get a welcoming text going over some of the specifics of your visit. And if you agree to the proposal, you’ll get another call from our production team within two days to verify everything in your proposal.

On the days approaching your installation, you’ll get a series of emails going over your installation dates, what you can expect during the process, and how to prepare your property for the work.

Each morning, the crew chief will discuss the particulars of the day’s work, ask for any concerns you might have, and then address them as needed.

At every step, you are kept informed, and your questions are gladly answered.

Constant Oversight

At each step of installing your replacement roof, our crews take images of their work and upload them to our office, where they are reviewed in real-time. This process allows us to spot any problems to get them solved before the next stage covers them up.

Our production manager will also stop in from time to time to check on your project's progress and the work's quality.

Once your new roof is complete, the crew chief will inspect every inch of your roof. Then, our production manager will perform a second inspection with you by their side. Your roofing project will not be considered finished until your crew chief, your project manager, and yourself agree that the work is complete and correct.

Unbending Standards

We never have and will never just slap shingles down and call it done. We always strip your roof down to the wood decking to ensure there aren’t any hidden problems. If we find rot that we should have caught – it’s on us, and we’ll make it right on our own dime.

We follow the manufacturer’s recommendations to the letter at every step and always make our choices based on what’s right rather than what’s cheapest.

We even use calculations based on the shape of your roof, the climate, and the materials involved to plot exactly where your venting should be placed.
